My Role

I am Smartsheet Certified and have worked with the tool since 2015. I am often brought into projects focused on process automation to build a solution using the Smartsheet suite of tools.

I am like a grizzled detective, always being forced out of retirement to work one last case. Working on these kinds of projects helps me keep my hands dirty and prevents me from growing soft in a managerial position.

Samples of workflows built

  • Automated Machine Ordering Process - At LivePerson, I built a process for my IT team to connect with our vendors to place orders for new hardware and coordinate the retrieval of hardware from remote employees.
  • Global Portfolio Management for Technical Teams - At LivePerson, I implemented a workflow and process for technical teams to track their work and gain global visibility on key initiatives across our technical organization. People were able to zoom in and out from what the entire org was working on, to what an individual person was working on.
  • Customer Order Placement - At McCann I built a global workflow that allowed certain customers to request work from one of our studios. Each customer had a dedicated portal where they could place new orders and keep track of existing work.
  • Property Management Process Tracking - I worked as an independent consultant with a local property management company and helped them implement workflows to track repair requests, track payments received from tenants, track tenant information, and create an overall suite to run the business.
